USING RUMOR BUFF IN INK GAME!

Hello everybody! today, rumor got a BUFF, so i decided to test it out. I got RUMOR coincidentally on the same day it got buffed, a lot of people are saying that this "BUFF" was acutally a nerf cause you couldn't hit players after they ragdolled, but in this video there were moments where i did exactly that. In RLGL, and more. In my opinion, Rumor is a top 6 power, it requires acutual skill to use.
