Far Far West : Frost 4 coop, NightMare : Main Obj. Boss, Extract Insane win

I have played with tons of rando's and all those who want to start at the Main Objective then boss then Extract fail early, this time we did it although 2 of them are god tier players (not me --- JohnnyChrome). The difficulty in doing this is that your loadout must be good enough because you dont pick up any good jokers that make a huge difference in your abilitys. No Edits
