Bound to the Wild | Cinematic Nordic Folk Ambient song

Continue exploring the sounds of the North:    • Eira’s Journeys I Cinematic Nordic Folk Am...   There are places in the North where the mountains seem to remember those who once walked beneath them. And there was a woman named Eira who had spent most of her life trying to forget. For years, she lived far from the fjords, carrying with her only a faded photograph of a place she could barely remember — a valley surrounded by mountains, where her mother had once taken her as a child. Then, one autumn evening, Eira received a letter. There was no name on it. Only three words: “Come back home.” Inside was an old silver pendant she had never seen before. She knew immediately where it belonged. To the valley. To the wild. And to a story her mother had never finished telling her. Eira returned to the North as winter approached. She followed an abandoned trail through the mountains until she reached the fjord from her childhood memories. But the place was not empty. Deep in the forest stood an old wooden cabin, its windows glowing faintly against the darkness. Inside, she discovered a journal belonging to her mother. The final pages contained only one sentence: “Some things are not meant to be escaped. They are meant to be remembered.” That night, as the first snow began to fall, Eira finally understood why she had been drawn back. The mountains were not calling her to remember the past. They were calling her to choose what came next. Bound to the Wild is a cinematic journey about returning to where you began, confronting the memories you left behind, and discovering that sometimes the wilderness is not a place you visit. It is a part of you that has been waiting to be awakened. 🎵 Eira Solberg — Bound to the Wild A cinematic Nordic journey through mountains, memory, solitude and freedom. 🎧 CREDITS: Music: Vinterdrommer Vocals & Lyrics: Eira Solberg Mixing & mastering: Vinterdrommer Video edit/artwork: Eira Solberg 🌐 FOLLOW: YouTube: Eira: ‪@EiraSolbergMusic‬ Vinterdrommer: ‪@Vinterdrommer‬ Music Usage Policy You may use this music music in videos, podcasts, and non-commercial creative projects with proper credit.
