Samurai Festival - Ueda Sanada Matsuri 上田真田まつり

Ueda Sanada Matsuri is a samurai festival in Ueda City in Nagano Prefecture. Ueda was once controlled by the Sanada clan the most famous member being Sanada Yukimura. Among the activities they have a samurai procession, matchlock gun demonstration, and a reenactment of the Siege of Ueda Castle in 1585.
