Pumpkin spice syrup 2 cups of half-n-half ½ cup canned pumpkin puree ½ cup maple syrup or honey 1½ teaspoon pumpkin spice ½ teaspoon cinnamon pinch of salt 1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan; whisk to combine. Heat gently until milk starts to steam, while stirring regularly to prevent milk from scorching. 2. Remove saucepan from heat and let spices infuse into milk, for at least 15 - 20 minutes, or until it's cooled down. 3. Blend entire mixture and strain through a cheesecloth. Pour strained pumpkin spice coffee creamer into a quart jar and store in fridge for up to 1 week. Really delicious and very smooth.😘
