GTA San Andreas - Mission #65: N.O.E. (Walkthrough & Guide) In this video, we complete the mission "N.O.E." for Mike Toreno. This is a flight mission where the goal is to deliver a package while flying dangerously low to avoid military radar. If you fly too high, you'll be chased by Hydras of the U.S. Air Force. 📖 Mission Story Carl arrives at Verdant Meadows airstrip and is ambushed by Toreno, who puts him in a chokehold and tells him to "wake up and smell the coffee." Toreno explains that his agents are in trouble and need a package delivered by nightfall, or they'll be dead. Carl reluctantly agrees and takes off in a Rustler with the payload attached to the fuselage. He must fly across the state to Angel Pine, drop the package, and return—all while staying under the radar. 🎯 Mission Objectives Get in the plane and take off Fly to Angel Pine while staying below the radar Fly into the corona to trigger the drop Return to Verdant Meadows and land safely Bring the plane to a complete stop on the landing strip 💡 Tips & Tricks Avoid Fort Carlson: After takeoff, do not make a hard left—it's restricted airspace and you'll be shot down by SAMs. Fly over the water: The easiest route is to head north to the ocean and stay low over the water to avoid detection. Radar warnings: If you fly too high for too long, Toreno will remind you: "Nap of the earth, Carl. Nap of the earth." Missile evasion: If a Hydra locks on, try a back loop—the missile will follow upwards but often miss. Be careful near hills and trees.
