Song of the Water by Avril Kinsey (an underwater video)

Filmed underwater by Avril Kinsey at Waters Edge in Cape Town. Set to her renowned classical guitar composition Song of the Water, which she recorded on her Guitar Music from Africa album. The music features the sounds of water droplets created with harmonic-effects on the guitar, while scraping across the frets depicts the sharp spikes of the colourful urchins. An ever-present Fish-eagle cry is a reminder that a bird of prey is never far away. Fish dart off unexpectedly to the sea-bed or under sea-weed to hide. Shells adorn the many coloured urchins, who happily shelter under their shade to hide from the sun's rays dancing through the tidal surge.
