1995 Ulster Rally

In a year where he only did selected events, Bertie Fisher was in imperious form on the 1995 Ulster Rally. Fastest on all bar one stage, he comfortably outpaced the Irish Tarmac Rally Championship and British Rally Championship regulars to claim his third win on the event.
