Patient and service user partnership co-designing Integrated Service Delivery Model

A joint winner in the Health Service Excellence Awards 2025 Improving patient/service user experience category. From the Organisational Change Office from Corporate Services, the ‘Health Regions Programme’ saw patients and service users participate in the Integrated Service Delivery co-design process from 2023–2025 allowing the service-user perspective to help inform the new ISD Model and improve patient and service user experiences.
