Perched in the northwest corner of the Territory and only 3km from the WA border is Keep River National park. Touted as the mini-Bungles we were treated to exceptional scenery, fantastic walks, brilliant bush-camping and.... a flat battery. Left stranded in this beautiful area of northern Australia wasn't so bad but we had no phone service and noone in the campground was able to get us going. This meant a hike to get to higher ground to try and get a call out to roadside assistance. No amount of car trouble could take away from how incredible this place was.
