DIY Bohemian Beach Cover-up

DIY Bohemian Fringe Beach Cover-up. No sew! Total cost = $6. You'll need 2 yards of a lightweight woven fabric, I'm using 100% natural cotton, pre-washed. TIP: Look for a fabric with a good selvage.
