Volvo V70 Clutch replacing hell. Swedish cursing included

Replacing the clutch on these can be quite expensive...now i know why. My 740 was like child's play in comparison. Took hours just to get to the gearbox. Then you had to hang the engine and lower the cross member, then lower the engine so the gearbox could get out. If you do this by yourself be careful and i would remove the whole cross member. We where 2 people and i recommend that. "hidden" Swedish cursing in the video, can you find it and what does it mean?
