10 HOURS OF PLUMBING IN 8 MINUTES! | Cast Iron to PVC Replacement

This one started with a backed-up sink that REFUSED to clear. 🤦‍♂️ We cabled this drain multiple times, and several other people had already tried cabling it before us. Nothing worked. So instead of continuing to beat the hell out of it, we went into investigation mode. 🎥 We ran a sewer camera down the line and eventually hit a solid spot that we simply could not get through. At that point, there was only one way to find out what was going on — DIG IT UP. ⛏️ Since we were already going to be demoing the floor, I suggested taking advantage of the situation and replacing the old toilet flange and cleanout while everything was opened up. And of course, who better to tackle this disaster with than none other than the Tonester himself?! 😂🫡 In this video you’ll see the FULL PROCESS from start to finish — breaking up the floor, excavating the piping, exposing the old cast iron, cutting it out, removing the problem section, rebuilding everything with new PVC piping, replacing the toilet flange and cleanout, and putting this drainage system back together properly. 🛠️ A 10-HOUR WORKDAY condensed into just 8 minutes.
