A Day in a Ghibli-Like World | Slow Living Among the Rice Fields

I started the morning with a quiet bicycle ride through the countryside, followed by a peaceful breakfast at the resort. The afternoon passed slowly — doing nothing, reading a book, resting, and simply enjoying the quiet surroundings. Later, I went out for Korean food before returning to the little house after dark. And then came my favorite moment of the day… Tiny fireflies began glowing all across the rice fields. ✨ There were so many of them, but unfortunately my phone camera couldn’t capture what my eyes could see. It was one of those moments that felt even more magical because it could only really be experienced there. At the end of the night, I washed up, turned off the lights, and fell asleep listening to the sound of cicadas outside. A quiet day with nowhere to rush to — just rice fields, books, good food, fireflies, and the sounds of summer night. 🌙
