She is the founder and Director of Nrityanjali Performing Arts and has been teaching Bharatnatyam since the last 21 years. She is a Marathi film actress, having performed a lead role in several Marathi Films few of them are Zunzar, Mingo, Ata Lagnala Chala, Sang priye tu Kunachi etc She is known for her beautiful expressions as well as her innovative choreographies. She is the first artist to incorporate Gregorian Chants into traditional Bharatnatyam performances and also the 1st Indian Classical dancer who has choreographed Bharatnatyam recital on traditional Polish Folk music. She has collaborated with Polish Author Monika Kowaleczko-Szumowska by presenting a thematic Bharatnatyam recital 'Dzieci Maharadzy' the recital about Indo-Polish bond. She has choreographed many Marathi Abhangas and performed it all over the world. She has Choreographed as well as presented a Bharatnatyam recital on Spanish Flaminco Music.
