Ugandan football fans name their favourites for Ballon d'Or

Thirty football players will once again compete for the game's biggest prize, the Ballon d'Or, after France Football magazine released the list of nominees for this year's edition. This year's awards will be presented on October 26 in London, unlike previous editions, which were held in Paris.
