NOWON - TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN (AUDIO)

NOWON — TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Some people are strangers because you never met them. Others are strangers because life never gave you the chance not to be. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN is about family. Not the family you know inside out. Not the people whose stories you've heard a thousand times. The ones you're supposed to know. The ones connected to you by blood, history, names and circumstances, but somehow still feel like people you're meeting for the first time. It's about losing years with someone through circumstances neither of you could really control, then eventually being left with the strange question: How the hell do you get to know someone you feel like you should already know? How do you make up for conversations that never happened? How do you ask about a lifetime you weren't there to witness? How do you stop feeling like strangers when technically you never were? I don't really have an answer. So I wrote the question instead. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN. — NOWON CULT CARNAGE RECORDS © 2026.
