I Had to Fight Until the LAST CORNER! | AMS2 GT3 League Racing at Sebring

I had to fight until the LAST CORNER. Two 25-minute GT3 Gen2 league races at Sebring with NZ Motorsports GT Series in Automobilista 2 — with mandatory 4-tire pit stops, 3× fuel consumption and 5× tire wear. Race 1 starts with me qualifying P2, while Race 2 uses a random starting grid. What follows are two very different races filled with close battles, overtakes, recovery drives, strategy decisions and respectful but hard racing between championship rivals. The accelerated fuel and tire wear make the pit strategy particularly important, forcing me to constantly adapt to the changing race situation. In Race 2 I get an unusually easy start and find myself leading for much of the race — until a late Safety Car completely changes the situation. Suddenly, the race comes down to an incredibly intense fight that lasts all the way to the final corner of the final lap. For me, that's one of the best things about league racing: over time, racing against the same people creates friendships, rivalries and mutual respect. You can fight incredibly hard for a position while still knowing that everyone is there to have fun and enjoy the racing. There are mistakes and recovery moments throughout these races, but that's part of what makes them feel like a real adventure rather than a perfect hotlap.
