Lauren has been in Core10 Pilates early morning workout for years, sweating, shaking, and pushing her limits in every workout. 💪 But Lauren doesn’t just follow her trainers’ lead. She’s out here creating new ways to challenge herself and everyone around her. It’s like she’s got her own secret stash of pro-level moves, and she’s not afraid to use them! Lauren’s kindness and caring nature are woven into every fiber of her being. She’s the ultimate uplifter, supporting her classmates as effortlessly as breathing. And we all know her smile that lights up the room when she walks in the door. She’s also one of the most brilliant people we know, as well as a devoted mother, wife, and probably the biggest Taylor Swift fan in the studio. We love this fabulous lady and feel blessed to have her as a leader in our community at Core10 Pilates.
