Village Life | Traditional Bread Making.

A simple day in village life: homemade bread, gardening, and tending to the animals. 🌿🔥🍞 I spent today attending to daily village chores. I looked after the garden and the animals, then baked fresh, traditional bread using a simple, easy method. To make the dough, I used yeast, lukewarm water, flour, an egg, and salt. I enjoy baking bread this way when I’m busy because it is simple and hassle-free. I prepared the dough and baked the bread against the inner walls of a pot placed over the fire. I also worked in the garden, harvesting ripe cucumbers, eggplants, and pumpkins.
