Figma Agents Built Our Tokens. Here’s the Bill.

Figma agents are out of beta. We tested them on a messy file: layer naming, tokens and variables. By our estimate the work takes about 2 hours by hand. The agents did it in about 20 minutes. We show the AI credits each step used and the places where the agents missed. Can Hoskan and I run the same kind of test on 2 different files. Mine is an 8 screen file with 213 layers and no real naming. Can’s is a design system with 3 brands, light and dark, and 2 density modes.
