Cookie art with Hungarian embroidery icing

These icing cookies show the traditional Hungarian embroidery. They are called mézeskalács in Hungarian. The cookie contains honey so the translation would be honey cookie. The decoration is made of royal icing, that is egg white and sugar powder. These are art cookies but can be consumed of course.
