China Airlines A321neo Landing in Taipei 🇹🇼 | KTI → TPE | Full Descent & Landing 05L

oin me onboard China Airlines for the landing into Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) after a flight from Phnom Penh International Airport (KTI) to Taipei. Today’s flight was operated by an Airbus A321neo and was around 75% full, with me seated in 56K. After departing KTI from Runway 23, we initially climbed to FL330 before unexpectedly descending to FL280 once we entered Laotian airspace. We remained at FL280 for the remainder of the flight. While I’m not certain of the exact reason for the lower cruising altitude, there was a noticeable layer of high clouds above FL330, which could potentially have been related to turbulence or other operational considerations. The flight remained smooth and comfortable throughout, and we continued towards Taiwan before beginning our descent into TPE.
