The Forgotten Decepticons Megatron Should Have Feared

The Forgotten Decepticons Megatron Should Have Feared. Megatron may be the face of the Decepticons, but he was never the only one powerful enough to lead them. Across Transformers G1, Marvel Comics, Japanese continuity, and later interpretations, several Decepticons became powerful enough to rival, replace, or completely outgrow Megatron’s authority. In this video, we look at some of the most dangerous Decepticons Megatron should have feared - including Straxus, Thunderwing, Sixshot, Scorponok, Overlord, Deathsaurus, Black Zarak, and Shockwave. Some controlled entire territories. Some commanded armies. Some wielded power that threatened entire planets. And a few actually proved the Decepticons could survive without Megatron at all. This is not one single continuity, so the video clearly separates Marvel G1, Japanese G1, IDW, and other Transformers versions where needed. Which Decepticon do you think was the biggest threat to Megatron’s rule?
