What the Vatican Keeps About the Book of Enoch — 9 Chapters Hidden in the Secret Archives

The Vatican really does keep a Book of Enoch. Tonight we read nine chapters the West left out. In December 1773 a Scottish traveller carried a handwritten Ge'ez copy of the Book of Enoch out of Ethiopia and left it in Rome. It is still there, catalogued in the Vatican Library, and for fourteen hundred years before that the Western church had not read a word of it. Not burned. Not locked away. Simply left off a list — and a book that is off the list stops being copied. #bookofenoch #ancientmysteries #sleepstories
