This new Cave Dweller Overhaul Mod came as a suprise to me as well, I thought we weren't gonna get any more good Cave Dweller mods but this one is SUPER GOOD! There are 3 types of Dwellers that spawn depending on how deep you are + they have very scary mechanics like hanging on ceilings and peeking around corners, making their Encounters unpredictable!
