पाकिस्तान का कहना है कि सऊदी अरब पर हूथी हमलों को लेकर मक्का समझौते के तहत किसी सैन्य कार्रवाई पर चर्चा नहीं हुई है। पाकिस्तान ने गुरुवार को कहा कि सऊदी अरब पर हूथी हमलों के जवाब में मक्का समझौते के तहत इस्लामाबाद की ओर से किसी सैन्य कार्रवाई पर कोई चर्चा नहीं हुई है, लेकिन साथ ही यह भी कहा कि "सही समय आने पर" पाकिस्तान कार्रवाई करेगा। पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता सज्जाद हैदर खान ने साप्ताहिक मीडिया ब्रीफिंग में एक सवाल के जवाब में कहा, "अभी ऐसी किसी चीज़ पर चर्चा नहीं हो रही है... सही समय आने पर (हम) समझौते के तहत कार्रवाई करेंगे।" यह सवाल इस बारे में था कि इस्लामाबाद, तुर्की और सऊदी अरब के साथ हुए संयुक्त रक्षा समझौते के तहत अपनी ज़िम्मेदारियों को कैसे पूरा करने की योजना बना रहा है। Pakistan says no military response discussed under Mecca pact over Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia Pakistan said on Thursday that there were no discussions about a military reaction ​from Islamabad under the Mecca agreement in response to ‌the Houthis' attacks on Saudi Arabia, but added that Pakistan would act when the "time comes".
