DELL LATITUDE 5490 - NOT TURNING ON, APPARENTLY

This week I have finally had a chance to source and purchase some faulty motherboards for the channel. In this video I work on the first of those motherboards, a Dell Latitude 5490 motherboard which is labelled as not powering on. Please like and subscribe if you like what I do.
