Glenfarclas The third movement, Glenfarclas, begins with an arpeggiated introduction inspired by the image of Glenfarclas, whose name means “valley of the green grass.” The movement also incorporates a restructured melody from “A Red, Red Rose,” the famous poem and song by Scottish poet Robert Burns.
