[TAS] Yume 2kki "All Effects Glitched" in 13:28 (IGT)

This is an improvement over the TAS jninja & i did* — same version, same category, same restrictions. I've discovered a few new applications of Jumpy Mode, which result in a much faster effectless 8x speed, & another effect-ful 8x speed that grants a faster on-demand noclip. I've also further optimized the movement along the route, which is as unchanged as it could be from the previous TAS, but these time-saves are minor compared to the new tech, as will be apparent upon your watching this video. *I was unable to TAS the game myself at the time, so he did the inputs while we theorized them
