*Every Empire Tried to Destroy Iran — All of Them Failed | 5000 Years* tells the extraordinary story of one of the world's oldest continuous civilizations. For more than five millennia, Iran—historically known as Persia—has faced invasions, conquests, foreign occupations, and powerful empires determined to dominate or erase it. Yet through every challenge, Persian culture, identity, and statehood endured. In this 28-minute historical documentary, we explore Iran's remarkable journey from the rise of the ancient Elamite civilization and the Achaemenid Empire to the conquests of Alexander the Great, the Parthian and Sasanian Empires, the Arab Islamic conquest, the Mongol invasions, Ottoman-Persian rivalries, Russian and British influence, and the modern geopolitical struggles involving the United States and regional powers. Discover how Cyrus the Great established one of history's greatest empires, how Persian civilization survived repeated invasions, and why Iran continues to play a crucial role in Middle Eastern and global geopolitics.
