A Change of Seasons (Dream Theater - 1995) [with onscreen lyrics]

My Friends … I have learned to accept that our path through this life is indeed circular. We all go through periods within that circle where we must learn to accept “A Change of Seasons” if you will. I am quite satisfied with the time I have been given to complete my circle. Not that I am ready for it to be completed quite yet… but if that were to happen … I would actually have very few regrets. I am fairly proud of the path I have travelled. Life has been quite generous to me and I am indeed very grateful for that. So many family and friends were never allowed nearly the time I have enjoyed. This twenty-three minute and eight second “Dream Theater” sonic masterpiece sums up my own philosophy on living pretty well in just three simple but very profound words: “Seize the day.” Life is too short to do anything else !!!
