NBA CHAMPION KNICKS: 2 MORE LEGIT TITLE SHOTS

Ian Begley @IanBegley · 24m Karl-Anthony Towns exerted some public pressure on NYK today in Philadelphia when he talked to reporters about his extension. How does this end? One side has to change its mind: do Knicks decide to go into 2nd apron or does Towns accepting offer he currently is unwilling to sign. If neither of those things happen, Towns can be a free agent this summer. Knicks presumably would not want to lose him in free agency without getting something in return https://x.com/sny_knicks/status/21071... The opportunity for two more seasons of championship contention starts with KAT. Will the front office bend a bit? We shall see.
