Miitopia Extreme Randomizer + Other Mods (No Sprinkles) - Greenhorne

I realized a while back that I had never done a no sprinkles run of Extreme Randomizer despite doing said challenge for many other full-game mods I've played, so I am revisiting this to try (emphasis on the word try) to complete one. I used enemies and features from other mods similar to the post-game of the second Extreme Randomizer run to make the challenge harder and added a few new elements like armor and default Mii randomizations, alongside some other stuff that is just there.
