I’ve already been blown away by Nene Royal, but this time she takes on one of the most challenging and iconic metal songs ever recorded — Metallica’s “Master of Puppets.” Nene Royal is a young guitarist and singer from Thailand who has been gaining international attention for her incredible musicianship, vocals and guitar skills. After discovering her through her performances on America’s Got Talent, I had to see what she could do with one of Metallica’s biggest songs. And let me tell you… this is NOT an easy song to play. 🤘 In this reaction, I’m watching Nene Royal perform “Master of Puppets” by Metallica and giving my honest first-time reaction to her guitar playing, vocals, technique, timing, tone, confidence and overall performance.
