I'm a huge Xenoblade fanboy and it's my favorite game series of all time, even above games like the Legend of Zelda and Super Smash Bros. With XBXDE and the Switch 2 edition just releasing, I decided to record my first time playing the brand new epilogue story so you all can see my first impressions and reactions. This is brand new content added to the remake and it answers a lot of the questions people had with the cliffhanger ending of the original game while also connecting Xenoblade X to the main series of Xenoblade games. This epilogue starts off with giant explosions called dematerialization events happening across the planet and ghosts attacking. We then meet the hero Al who pilots Ares. Eventually the true villain Void arrives and we are forced to evacuate the planet. Xenoblade Chronicles X originally released on the Wii U in 2015 and I did play it back then. However it's been 10 years and I've forgotten a lot. This game has a huge seamless open world and epic story that takes place on the planet Mira after the Earth was destroyed. The developers of this game, Monolithsoft, actually went on to help with the development of Breath of the Wild and you can see some influence in this game. These are some of the best and most funny moments I had beating chapter 13 of Xenoblade X Definitive Edition for the first time. Including my reactions to the brand new area Volitaris, beating the final boss, the Samaarians, the Conduit showing up and the ending. Hope you enjoy!
