I Almost Broke the Castlevania 2 No Wrong Warp Record on This Run

This run of Castlevania II: Simon's Quest Any% No Wrong Warp had the ideal pace. Theoretically, this run could have been a 34:1X, if not a 0X pace, if the second half was executed better. Unfortunately, this run fell apart in a couple of spots. The run was more than 17 seconds ahead of Agent Wyvern's 34m31s record at the Morning Star split. A poorly executed floor drop setup at Morning Star and Dracula's Castle ended the World Record bid. Still pushing to get this run into Awesome Games Done Quick 2027, hopefully with the record in tow.
