From the image, the Mac is showing a folder with a question mark (?). This means that the Mac cannot find the Startup Disk or the macOS system needed to boot. Possible causes: The SSD/HDD is not being detected. macOS is corrupted or the boot system is damaged. The Startup Disk is incorrectly configured. The SSD may have a problem or may be starting to fail. Try the following steps first: Shut down the Mac completely. Enter macOS Recovery: Intel Mac: Turn on the Mac and immediately hold Command (⌘) + R. Apple Silicon Mac (M1/M2/M3/M4): Press and hold the Power button until Loading startup options appears. Select Disk Utility. Check whether the SSD or Macintosh HD appears. If it appears → select Macintosh HD → First Aid → Run. If the repair finishes successfully, restart the Mac and try booting again. Important: If the SSD does not appear at all in Disk Utility, there is a possibility that the SSD or other hardware has a problem. If you want, send me a photo of the Disk Utility screen, and I can guide you step by step and tell you exactly what to click.
