I farmed Ultimate Hailey completely F2P / Solo Self Found, and now it's time to build her properly, test her new Ultimate modules and find out how strong she can actually become in Season 4 endgame. We're starting with Dangerous Distance and building from the ground up rather than copying somebody else's finished setup and immediately calling it META. Today we'll be testing and solving: • Dangerous Distance Ultimate Hailey • Descendant module setup • Critical Hit Rate and Critical Hit Damage • Skill Power scaling • Chill / Singular scaling • Cooldown requirements • MP and survivability • Arche Tuning • Mutant Cell choices • Ancestor Module optimization • Reactor stats • External Component sets • Weapon / stat-stick choices • Frost Blossom vs Raging Light and other options • Boss damage • Mobbing and general farming • Trials / Onslaught / endgame viability • How Ultimate Hailey compares with my Raven, Serena and Ines builds Dangerous Distance changes Hailey significantly, giving her bonuses for attacking nearby enemies, changing her Exclusive Weapon into a rapid-fire Machine Gun and adding new close-range/AoE functionality.
