Father Remembers Wife, Daughters 14 Years After Murders

Loved ones of Gladys Machado and her children, Julia Padrino and Daniela Padrino, remembered them on Tuesday with heartfelt, emotional victim impact statements. Machado’s husband, Alberto Sierra, confessed to murdering them in November 2012. The children’s father and brother spoke about not having the chance to see them grow up and wondered what they would be like today. Machado's son had to be held after calling out Sierra about the killings. Other loved ones described Machado as a wonderful mother and friend.
