Part 3, the last of three afternoon walks through Shibuya, Tokyo, filmed back to back on the same day. It picks up where Part 2 ended, so the first few minutes overlap with the end of that video on purpose. The walk opens on the stepped plaza of Shibuya Sakura Stage under its pink neon, rides the long escalator down to the JR Shibuya Station concourse, crosses the tracks on a glass skywalk and passes Shibuya Stream once more before circling back through Sakura Stage: the polka-dot facade of SAKURA TERRACE, the turf plaza, NEW YORK BAGEL STREET and the glass-railed deck over the road. Then west and uphill — TOKYU PLAZA and the police box, a tree-lined street with a red cycle lane, the forecourt of the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel in Sakuragaoka-cho, an underpass beneath the elevated road — up to Dogenzaka-ue, down through the hotel streets of Maruyamacho, and back onto Dogenzaka's main shopping street past SHIBUYA MEGA.
