Thanks for watching!! ♡ I have never eaten anywhere in Downtown Disney before so me and my friend decided to head to PASEO, the newest restaurant in Downtown Disney! PASEO is a multi-sensory journey to the heart of Mexico while seated in a show-stopping dining room filled with rich woods, custom leathers, lavish greenery and native accents that celebrate Mexico’s craftsmanship culture. Here, Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán brings his homeland to life through his love of French culinary style and technique. At Paseo, you can enjoy bright ceviche preparations; delicate flavors of shrimp and hamachi; and the richness of chile relleno, carne asada, lamb barbacoa and more—all brought together with the zest of aromatic spices, chiles and tortilla.
