The Renault Master campervan conversion continues! In Part 4, I'm finally tackling the campervan floor — building the timber subfloor, adding insulation and sound deadening, fitting the plywood floor and dealing with a few problems along the way. This is my first time attempting anything like this, so there's plenty of figuring things out as I go! Before the floor can go down, there are also a few other jobs to finish around the van, including replacing the rear door brackets and fitting the new rear-view camera. Once the battens are down, it's time for insulation, foil tape and finally cutting the plywood sheets to fit the van. Everything was going surprisingly well... until the new floor stopped the rear door from closing properly. 😬 But by the end of the video, the Renault Master finally has a finished floor — and for the first time I can actually sit inside and start getting a proper idea of where everything will go. And there may also be a slightly unexpected visitor during the build... 🐈😂 This is Part 4 of my Renault Master campervan conversion series.
