తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం అందిస్తున్న ఇందిరమ్మ ఇల్లు పథకం సాయంపై మునుగోడు కాంగ్రెస్ ఎమ్మెల్యే కోమటిరెడ్డి రాజగోపాల్ రెడ్డి కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. ప్రభుత్వం ఇస్తున్న 5 లక్షల ఆర్థిక సాయం ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితుల్లో ఇల్లు నిర్మించుకోవడానికి ఏమాత్రం సరిపోవడం లేదని ఆయన అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. ఇటీవలి కాలంలో భవన నిర్మాణ సామగ్రి ధరలు విపరీతంగా పెరిగిపోయాయని.. కేవలం మేస్త్రీలు, కూలీల ఖర్చులకే 3 నుంచి 4 లక్షల వరకు అవుతోందని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఒక సాధారణ ఇల్లు పూర్తి కావాలంటే కనీసం10 నుంచి 15 లక్షల బడ్జెట్ అవసరమవుతోందని చెప్పారు.
