What The HELL Happened To The Philadelphia Flyers?? | FN Barn Burner

What the hell has happened to the Philadelphia Flyers?! Boomer, Pinder and Rhett Warrener dive into the Flyers' disastrous start to the 2026-27 NHL season, just months after Philadelphia finished 43-27-12, made the Stanley Cup Playoffs and knocked out the Pittsburgh Penguins in the first round. Now the Flyers are sitting at 4-9-4 through 17 games, last in the Metropolitan Division, with just 12 points and a minus-20 goal differential. They've scored only 37 goals while allowing 57, and their 16.7% power play hasn't helped matters either. So how does a team go from winning a playoff round to looking this bad? With players like Matvei Michkov, Travis Konecny, Trevor Zegras, Owen Tippett and young prospect Porter Martone, is there enough talent in Philadelphia to turn things around, or did last season give everyone unrealistic expectations? The boys discuss what GM Daniel Brière should do next, whether the Flyers need to rethink their direction and how much pressure should be on head coach Rick Tocchet. Could Tocchet actually find himself on the hot seat this early, or are Philadelphia's problems much bigger than the guy behind the bench? #nhl #nhlshorts #nhlplayoffs #nhlpredictions #nhlhockey #nhlpicks #stanleycup #stanleycupfinal #philadelphiaflyers #flyershockey CHECK OUT OUR STUFF ⬇️ BARN BURNER MERCH https://nationgear.ca/collections/shi...
