SDA195 Hurricane Ruins

In this episode of Sailing Dark Angel, we sail to Buenavista Cay and visit the ruins of a generational home lost to Hurricane Irma. A goat-shadowed hike takes us across the island to the wild ocean side, and a dive near the anchorage reveals coral heads, squid, remora, and swirling schools of fish. ⚠️ Lightning Strike Update In real time, we were directly struck by lightning. Navigation systems, running lights, anchor lights, work lights, a large freezer, and even our keel were damaged.
