These third party systems, whilst offering unmanned operation & maximising spindle utilisation, could only accommodate at a maximum 60kg work transfers from a pallet stocker into the machine. Matsuura's OEM automation solution has 4 pallets & maximises the work size (φ710mm × H350mm) and weight (200kg per pallet) that can be accommodated by the machine.
