Multiple Departments Responding, Wilton Fire, 2nd Alarm Structure Fire, 9-19-2026

On Saturday, September 19th at approximately 05:40 hours, Wilton Fire and Wilton EMS were dispatched to a reported structure fire on Dimmick Road with possible entrapment. Arrival of New York State Police and fire units confirmed a working structure fire, and NYSP units made a successful rescue of one victim. A second alarm was activated to the scene for tankers and manpower. Units operated on scene for several hours extinguishing the fire.
