Full Council meeting - 5 March 2024

Good evening and welcome to tonight’s live broadcast of the Full Council, where we will provide updates throughout the meeting as it progresses. Tonight’s agenda has 16 items to get through. These include the extract minute from the treasury management monitoring meeting and the extract minute of governance and standards committee. Also, delegated decisions on green infrastructure, revenue and capital forecasts for quarter 3, and the council tax reduction scheme. Additionally, members’ allowances for 2024/25, non-attendance at meetings, the pay policy, and the setting of council tax for 2024/25.
