Where do you find real security, contentment, and joy when everything around you can change? Psalm 16 begins with a simple prayer: “Preserve me, O God: for in thee do I put my trust.” — Psalm 16:1 KJV David finds his security in God, recognizes that the LORD is his portion, and says, “The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage.” But this Psalm goes even further. David looks beyond this life and writes: “For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.” — Psalm 16:10 KJV In Acts 2, Peter points directly to these words while preaching about the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Psalm 16 begins with trust, leads us through contentment and confidence, and ends with one of the most beautiful promises in the Psalms: “In thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” — Psalm 16:11 KJV Grab your Bible, pour a cup of coffee, and spend a few minutes with me in God’s Word. ☕📖 Today: Psalm 16 Morning Caffeination — Bible • Coffee • Real Life
